This was my first new patient visit to Family Dentistry . The staff was very friendly and helpful. I see too many businesses at lack Customer Service. Family dentistry is not one of them. They were excellent !

Great dentist and even better staff!!! They went above and beyond for my mother for insurance issues, so caring for her on a walker and with balance issues as well as cognitive issues. Can’t recommend them enough, a wonderful experience, not only professional, but more importantly, good people doing great things!!!

Who actually enjoys going to the dentist? Not many people. I’ve been coming to this office for years, and it continues to be amazing. Kazzy is a thoughtful and caring dental hygienist. Kazzy noticed I was nervous right away and took the time to reassure me with such a positive attitude. Dr. Kowalik is extremely knowledgeable and explained every step of the procedure clearly beforehand. This is truly a dental office that makes you feel like family.

i went in today for the new patient exam, the only part i felt any discomfort of was the X-raying process, as it felt a little delayed. the computer seemed to be having some issues and i think she tried her best to get in and out but i definitely had a few moments where i needed a breather and i didnt get one. Not at all her fault as i should have spoke up! though i do think offering that would have been a very nice touch as someone who has a lot of dentistry anxiety i find it hard to speak in these situations but otherwise this first lady i saw was super kind. the ladies at the front desk were very kind and helped me with my insurance questions. the next person i saw after the x-ray was very helpful and tried to be as gentle with the poking and prodding as possible, she was patient with me and all my nervous questions. im pretty sure she was the main dentist here. she also tried to order me a specific prescription toothpaste after i told her i have a reaction to the mint types. that was very sweet and ive never been treated so kindly like that before at a dentist. overall i am giving a 5 stars because i will be coming back and i enjoyed the treatment and experience. they also have a financial plan i think is easier if you arent able to pay all up front. last thing ill add is ive been to quite a few dentists in the last few years and this is the first one ill for sure be going back to for treatment. i recommend highly.

As someone with Dental anxiety, I have had great experiences with this practice! From the warm welcome when I arrive, Stacey makes you feel like family!! To the trust I have in Tina my hygienist, my experience has been great and I have actually followed through with my treatment plans!

Stacy and Tina are amazing! Always a wonderful experience at this office, Dr K was amazing as well! Very informative and helped me get the information that I needed. Stacy not only took the extra time out of her day to look up some information for me and get some paperwork signed but she did it in a personable and caring manner. Shout out to the office manager Mimi as well for establishing dedicated staff. God Bless!

Troughout the whole process she explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident about the treatment. Dr.Kowalik is very honest, professional, and truly cares about her patients.I really appreciate her attention to detail and the quality of her work. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy dentist.

My experience at Family Dentistry of Jensen Beach has been exceptional. This is a very professionally run office. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Kowalik and her entire staff. They make you feel welcome and put you at ease. Everyone is pleasant, helpful and, most importantly, highly competent. I recommend this practice to anyone seeking top notch dental care.

My husband unfortunately had crowns popped off over the weekend. Thankfully he was seen early Monday morning and able to be treated right away. Everyone from the office staff and to the doctor went above and beyond to make sure that he was comfortable both physically and emotionally. The office itself was welcoming and clean with all the up to date equipment. He left the office after an extraction in minimal discomfort with the confidence that we have found our new Florida family dentist!

I was charged less than expected. I believe they have the highest regard for the patient’s health while considering the financial demands associated with having dental work performed.
